CNC Machinist

Presto Engineering is a family run business based in Witney, Oxfordshire and we specialise in CNC machining of precision aluminium parts across a range of sectors.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join our team.

Duties

• Setting and operating 3, 4, 5 axis CNC milling centres for a variety of high end, low volume production work using Heidenhain controls
• Utilising measurement equipment for inspection purposes
• Hand finishing of parts post machining
• Involvement in general workshop practices

Requirements
Minimum of 4 years CNC milling experience/apprenticeship training completed.

Heidenhain controls experience is desirable, although not essential as experience of other controls will be considered.

Specifics

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday – Friday
• Standard hours 07:00 to 15:30 with overtime up to 17:00
• 20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays, increasing with length of service
• Bonus scheme covering every 6 months of employment
